Return Policy

At GNC Trinidad & Tobago, your satisfaction is important to us. 

We are committed to ensuring that you receive products that meet your expectations and are of good quality.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of the order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and any other applicable charges.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in good condition
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required


Returns must be made to our Main Office:

“The Atrium”, Don Miguel Extension, San Juan


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are expired or close to expiry at the time of return
  • Sale or clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please return with delivery person immediately.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is received and inspected
